At Texas Clear Water Oysters, we are committed to sustainable production of the highest quality oysters. Our innovative mariculture practices utilizing floating cages maintain the coastal environment's integrity by removing the pressure on the historical oyster reefs. Native Texas broodstock oysters grow individually, resulting in smoother, more uniform, and marketable appearances.

Working through partner programs, such a Sink Your Shucks, we return used oyster shells to the water to propagate new natural reefs.
