At Clearwater Oysters, we are committed to sustainable production of the highest quality oysters. Our innovative mariculture practices utilizing floating cages maintain the coastal environment's integrity by removing the pressure on the historical oyster reefs. Working through partner programs, such a Sink Your Shucks, we return used oyster shells to the water to propagate new natural reefs.
